New Services Department

We are pleased to report that CPS has gone through a recent restructure which sees the Support Services and Pharmacy Services teams joining together to become the new Services Department.
Whilst the two teams work on different areas of the organisation they often collaborate on day to day tasks and key projects for the benefit of our members so it was seen as a natural development for these departments to combine. The new Services Department is made up of the Head of Department, Governance Officer, Operations Support Officer and General Support Assistant and of course our Data Analysts, Services Supervisor, Co-ordinator and Assistants, all of whom you can see on the Queen Street Team webpage. We look forward to this new approach ensuring a more cohesive way of working and the continued delivery of member’s needs.
You can still contact us in the same way as you have always done either by sending in a form, calling us or emailing directly, we will in due course look to move to a services email address but for now you can find the relevant addresses on our Contact Us page.
