CP(HB) Committees

The Community Pharmacy (Health Board) Committees (CPHBs) are the voice for contractors in their health board area.

They also provide the first step to involvement with CPS at Council and Board levels. We also have positions available for Pharmacist Associate Members of the organisation. These members are given the opportunity to be involved formally with the local committees and many areas now have associate members on their committee. Each Community Pharmacy (Health Board) Committee is assigned a Liaison Officer from CPS. Each Liaison Officer supports the core functionality of each committee The role includes organising meetings, handling minutes and agendas, sending invitations, surveying members, and communicating updates to local contractors.
